Job summary

Bayside Council is hiring a Customer Service Officer/Kiosk Attendant at Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre. The role involves frontline customer service, information on programs, and sales of memberships and programs. Casual opportunities available with flexible shifts and a competitive casual rate.

You will work in a supportive team, handling POS tasks and assisting with kiosk operations while upholding safety standards and exceptional service. Training and cert renewals are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• First Aid Certificate recognized in NSW.
• CPR qualification required.
• Working with Children Check (NSW) required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct patrons to access the Aquatic Centre facilities.
• Provide information on entry fees, memberships, programs and events.
• Resolve customer issues and maximise satisfaction.
• Process transactions through the POS system and complete reconciliations.
• Coordinate sales activities and tours for new and prospective members.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in the kiosk following food safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling and presentation.
