Job summary

AMA Collision Burleigh Heads, part of the AMA Group, is seeking a Customer Service Officer. This permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based on-site at Burleigh Heads.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering high-standard service and supporting the repair process from intake to completion. You will communicate effectively with customers, keep them updated on timelines, coordinate with insurance providers, and assist with inventory and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to visitors.
• Inform customers about repair status and ETA.
• Handle phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support management with inventory such as parts and consumables.
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs.
