Job summary

Guzman Y Gomez in Australia is seeking Sales and Food Preparation Crew Members to greet customers, take orders, and promote menu items. You’ll work on the front line and become the vital link between customers and our kitchen.

With training you’ll become a GYG specialist, supporting across teams during busy periods, restocking, basic food prep, and ensuring a clean, fast-paced restaurant environment for our guests.

Qualifications

• Attitude, maturity and energy are prioritized in applicants.
• Experience in hospitality or fast-paced retail is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and solve problems on the front line.
• Promote products, upsell add-ons, and recommend menu items.
• Restock fridges, assist with basic food prep, wipe tables and learn other roles.
• Be the connection between customers and the kitchen, ensuring great service.
