Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is hiring Sales and Food Preparation Crew Members in Australia. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and help with custom food designs, while promoting menu items to new and repeat guests. With training, you’ll become a specialist on GYG’s offerings and connect customers with the kitchen.

You’ll also assist during quiet periods, restock fridges, perform basic food prep, wipe tables, and learn other roles across the team. The culture is about food love, people, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues (restaurants, bars, cafés, clubs) or fast-paced retail environments is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and be coached; eager to contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Restock fridges, wipe tables and assist in other areas of the restaurant.
• Support other team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
