Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a regulatory team, including workloads and quality assurance.
• Make decisions based on legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners.
• Provide timely and accurate advice on complex matters to staff and senior managers.
• Prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities to meet service delivery standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Some roles may lead geographically dispersed teams.
