Job summary

TikTok LIVE Revenue engineering team is building the revenue ecosystem, including gifting and other features used by millions of users and streamers. You will design and develop core business modules with full-stack expertise to ensure stable, scalable functionality and optimal user experience.

Qualifications

• Expert in agile development and progress control, proficient in engineering toolchains, able to build and optimize systems, with experience in performance optimization, CI/CD, and troubleshooting.
• Pronounced skills and experience with front-end engineering and optimizing front-end performance

Responsibilities

• Core Business Development: Take charge of the design and end-to-end development of core business modules, leveraging full-stack technical expertise to ensure stable, scalable functionality and optimal user experience.
• Technical and Architectural Leadership: Lead front-end technology selection, drive architectural optimization, improve code quality and system performance, and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Full-Stack Problem-Solving Support: Utilize front-end/back-end, database, cloud-native/microservices technologies to provide technical support (including database optimization and interface development), and take the lead in tackling technical challenges.
• Engineering Implementation: Manage progress through agile development, build and optimize engineering toolchains and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient delivery.
• Technical Accumulation and Innovation: Conduct post-project reviews and summaries, fill knowledge gaps and output insights; track cutting-edge technologies, participate in open-source communities, and promote technical innovation within the team.
