Job summary

TikTok LIVE Revenue engineering team is building the revenue ecosystem, including gifting and other features used by millions of users and streamers. You will design and develop core business modules with full-stack expertise to ensure stable, scalable functionality and optimal user experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Web Engineering Practice: Expert in agile development and progress control, proficient in engineering toolchains, able to build and optimize systems, with experience in performance optimization, CI/CD, and troubleshooting.
• Pronounced skills and experience with front-end engineering and optimizing front-end performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Full-Stack Technical Capability: More than 5 years of experience in developing frontend web applications. Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks, skilled in database optimization, capable of independently developing interfaces, and mastering cloud-native and microservices.
• Sort out experience and improvement points after projects, regularly fill knowledge gaps and output technical insights, and review and enhance capabilities from multiple dimensions.
• Pursue cutting-edge technology practice, delve into difficult problems for optimal solutions, participate in open-source communities to promote innovation.
