Job summary

DTN is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join its B2C team and help build a global weather platform used by millions. You will work on high-traffic, customer-facing web products with a focus on performance, reliability, usability, and scalability.

Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, product, and UX teams across locations. You will bring strong JavaScript and React experience, familiarity with Next.js and CSS, and the ability to deliver complex features in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building web applications with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Next.js including SSR/CSR concepts.
• Strong CSS skills and responsive design knowledge.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs or similar backend services.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and PRs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of browser behavior and web performance.
• Ability to deliver moderately complex features independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces with HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
• Investigate and fix defects, performance issues, and production problems.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
