Mövenpick Hotel Hobart is seeking a Front Office All Rounder to work across all areas of the Front Office, delivering efficient, friendly service and creating unforgettable moments for guests.

You will handle check-in/out, valet, luggage and guest requests, with a 24/7 roster. A Tasmanian manual driver's license is essential; strong communication and computer skills are required. Join a Heartist team and enjoy All Heartist benefits.

Formación

• An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude.

• High level of computer literacy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work across a 24/7 roster - evenings, mornings and weekend.
• Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
• Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
• Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
• Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
• Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
• Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
• Assist with and cover valet parking as required.
