The Apollo Restaurant Group – Surry Hills NSW is hiring for front-of-house roles across five Sydney restaurants. We’re seeking section waiters, runners and bartenders who love making guests feel welcome and who bring energy to a busy service.

Join The Apollo family and help open two new venues this summer while delivering thoughtful hospitality across Greek, Japanese and French concepts. Availability in the summer period, including evenings and weekends, is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work well in a team during busy service times.
• Willingness to be available during summer, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Section waiters manage a dining section and guest interaction.
• Bartenders provide bar service with attention to what is served.
• Runners support service flow and assist where needed.
