Job summary

The Apollo Restaurant Group is expanding its Front of House teams for the summer season, inviting section waiters, runners and bartenders to join five Sydney venues including The Apollo, Cho Cho San and Baptiste.

You'll bring warmth, hospitality and a love of guest service, with opportunities to grow and be part of a lively opening team across new restaurants such as Olympus Dining and Tenjo on Wunderlich Lane.

Evenings and weekends availability is helpful as we prepare for a busy summer service.

Front of House Teams | Section Waiters, Runners & Bartenders

Summer’s coming, two new restaurants are opening, and we’re looking for people who love making guests feel welcome.

The Apollo Restaurant Group is hiring section waiters, runners and bartenders across five Sydney restaurants. Whether you’re experienced on the floor, know your way around a bar or want to get started in hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

• The Apollo, Potts Point: Greek food, generous shared tables and neighbourhood hospitality that keeps guests coming back.


• Cho Cho San, Potts Point: Our take on Japanese izakaya dining, with a raw bar and a lively dining room.


• Olympus Dining, Wunderlich Lane: A 200-seat Greek restaurant centred around a sprawling bougainvillea, with charcoal cooking and a room made for celebration.


• Baptiste, Wunderlich Lane: Our new French neighbourhood bistro. A chance to help bring a restaurant to life as part of its opening team.


• Tenjo, Wunderlich Lane: Our new Japanese rooftop restaurant, bringing sushi and Japanese dining to a setting above the precinct.

• Section waiters with experience managing a section and a warm, confident approach to guests
