Yo My Goodness in Glen Waverley, VIC, seeks a Full Time Front of House Supervisor. The role leads a FOH team, ensures outstanding service, and drives positive guest experiences at a busy venue.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 38 hours per week across a five‑day roster.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in managing a front of house customer service team.
• To be a leader, who can maintain exceptional service and positive customer experience.
• A hands‑on, self‑motivated and solutions‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
