Cafe: Forum Food Co Location: Melbourne CBD (close to public transport) Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediately
Forum Food Co is a brand new cafe launching in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, located on the ground floor of The Forum. We are building something sharp, intentional and community-driven: a space where the morning rush is handled with precision, the lunch crowd feels welcome and every guest leaves better than they arrived.
We are a small, tight team and we want people who care, who show up, who take pride in the details.
We are looking for a genuine all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced CBD environment. This is a floor-to-counter role: you own the guest experience from the moment someone walks in to the moment they walk out. No two days are identical and that is exactly what makes it good.
Monday to Friday only. No weekend work.
Morning: Set up the floor, stock the counter and get the cafe ready before doors open. Greet guests, take orders and keep things moving during the morning rush. Jump in to help when it gets busy.
Mid-Morning to Lunch: Keep the floor clean and tables turned over quickly. Take orders, communicate with the kitchen and handle any guest needs on the spot.
End of Day: Clean down, restock for tomorrow, cash up and leave the place ready to go again.
