Osteria Polpo in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead all front-of-house operations for a casual, 35–40 hour week, with potential to go full time. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service across reservations, seating, and dining experiences while supporting growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years in a leadership role within hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations, reservations, seating and service
• Recruit, train, and supervise servers, hosts and bartenders
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and guest experience
• Monitor sales and performance data to identify opportunities
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure seamless service
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
