Ideal candidates have experience with weddings or premium hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent client-facing skills. RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certificates are required. This role demands evenings, weekends and holiday availability.

• Lead the execution of weddings and premium events from setup through pack down.

• Brief and motivate event staff before each function.
• Coordinate with chefs, venue managers and suppliers for smooth delivery.
• Ensure timelines are followed and service runs efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage and customer service.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure RSA, food safety and WHS compliance.
