Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking Front of House Casual staff for the Beckley café in our Global Support Centre. You will create memorable experiences by serving food and beverages, handling orders, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for teammates and visitors.

The role emphasizes upbeat, friendly interaction, energy, and teamwork, with no late nights or weekend work. RSA accreditation is a plus, but not required; coffee lovers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

The Beckley, our in‑house café with chef prepared healthy meals, coffee and snacks has an exciting opportunity for some front of house casuals to join the team (no late nights or weekend work!). We are looking for upbeat, friendly and energetic Barista’s to provide exceptional customer experiences to our team.

This role will see you:

• Serving food and preparing beverages (coffee, tea + more!)
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Housekeeping / ensuring a clean work station
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Inventory control

Skills & experience
