Cotton On’s Beckley café in Geelong is hiring Front of House Casuals to deliver outstanding customer experiences with a focus on coffee and fresh meals. You’ll join a friendly team in a fast-paced environment with no late nights or weekend shifts.

In this role you will serve food and beverages, take orders, handle payments and maintain inventory while keeping service upbeat and energetic. Join a brand that values community and flexible options.

Qualifications

• RSA accreditation advantageous, but not essential.
• High energy, upbeat and friendly.
• Love for coffee (of course!).
• Ability to be creative and think on your feet.
• Time management skills with ability to work well under pressure and high volumes.

The Beckley, our in‑house café with chef prepared healthy meals, coffee and snacks has an exciting opportunity for some front of house casuals to join the team (no late nights or weekend work!). We are looking for upbeat, friendly and energetic Barista’s to provide exceptional customer experiences to our team.

This role will see you:

• Serving food and preparing beverages (coffee, tea + more!)
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Inventory control

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
