Job summary

Mills Oakley in Sydney is seeking a Lawyer or Associate (2-3 PQE) to join the Projects & Construction team, focusing on front-end transactional work for developer clients. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with a senior Partner and multiple lawyers on high-profile projects.

You will draft and negotiate construction agreements, support procurement and project delivery models, and advise on contract administration, risk allocation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ PQE in projects & construction
• Strong drafting skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction agreements.
• Support procurement processes and project delivery models.
• Provide advice on contract administration, risk allocation and compliance.
• Prepare research, advice notes and project documentation.
• Collaborate with other practitioners on major infrastructure matters.
