Bassett Barks, located in the Glass House Mountains, seeks an experienced Front End Loader / Excavator Operator for a permanent, full-time role. You will operate front-end loaders and excavators safely, load and stockpile materials, and perform daily pre-start checks on-site.

Applicants must hold a Front-End Loader Ticket and have demonstrated loader and excavator experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently or with the team.

Formación

• Current Front-End Loader Ticket necessary.
• Demonstrated Front End Loader experience and/or Excavator experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible equipment operation.
• Ability to complete pre-start checks and identify basic maintenance concerns.
• Reliable, practical and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute to the wider team.
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate front end loaders and/or excavators safely and efficiently.
• Load, move and stockpile materials across the site.
• Complete daily pre-start checks and basic equipment inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow site procedures and all WHS requirements.
• Support general site operations as required.
• Work independently and as part of the wider team.

Your Next Role

Join our expanding operation as an experienced Front End Loader / Excavator Operator. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for a reliable, safety-focused operator who takes pride in their work and is looking for stable, long-term employment with a growing business.

Your Day-to-day Work Will Include

• Current Front-End Loader Ticket necessary
• Operating front end loaders and/or excavators safely and efficiently
• Loading, moving and stockpiling materials across the site
• Completing daily pre-start checks and basic equipment inspections
• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting maintenance requirements
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Following site procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements
• Supporting general site operations as required
• Working independently and as part of the wider team
• Current driver's licence necessary
• Highly regarded: Forklift licence, Bobcat/Skid Steer experience or HC Truck Licence
