• A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React or a similar modern UI framework.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative coding.
• Ability to use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end features for KAYAK's car search platform with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean and maintainable code using React and TypeScript, adhering to team quality standards.
• Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build user-facing experiences for web and mobile.
• Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving feedback.
• Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
• Utilize AI coding tools to enhance development speed and code quality.
• Engage in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
