Vitex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the company at its NSW site. You will handle front-desk duties, manage calls and mail, and support events and general admin with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reception, Customer Service or Administrative role is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong organisational, communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and assist in delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Organise incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and office deliveries.
• Assist with coordination of company events and meetings.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties.
