Your role includes managing diaries across multiple practitioners, maintaining patient records with discretion, and supporting the broader administration team with a professional and compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or healthcare administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and staff.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling and diary across practitioners.
• Process patient registrations and update records.
• Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls to staff.
• Process patient payments and basic financial transactions at reception.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy law compliance.
• Prepare consultation rooms and stock supplies.
• Organise patient documentation and filing.
• Support administration staff with general office duties.
