Job summary

Qantas Freight Ground Crew at Mascot Airport is hiring for permanent part-time roles. You will handle freight across Domestic and International operations, operating forklifts, tugs, and warehouse systems while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Great teamwork and a proactive safety attitude are essential as you support customers' freight and participate in a dynamic, 24/7 environment. Lifting up to 32 kg and valid forklift license preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid forklift license required or willing to obtain at your own expense.
• Ability to repetitively lift items up to 32 kg.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating shift roster.
• Proven ability to work safely within WH&S guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from aircraft.
• Operate forklifts, tugs and other heavy machinery.
• Use computer systems and scanners; lodge freight documents in iCargo.
• Work with supervisors to grow skills and progress within the role.
