Job summary

ALDI Stores Australia is seeking a Freight Execution Coordinator in our National Supply Chain team, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with a global retailer. You will provide timely freight status updates, manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and support resolution of supply chain challenges.

Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and TM and strong Excel skills are preferred. We offer five weeks’ annual leave, hybrid work options, paid parental leave with

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or transport environment.
• Domestic transport management experience is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and/or TM is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across diverse groups.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely freight status information and updates.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate with service providers to achieve optimal rates and outcomes.
• Assist in resolving supply chain challenges with long-term solutions.
• Manage freight claims through investigation, resolution, root cause analysis, and cost recovery.
• Maintain supply chain templates and data spreadsheets.
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
