Job summary

The Brand Agency in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Strategist for a short-term freelance contract until the end of the year. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy across the AUNZ region to shape marketing, brand and content strategies, grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights.

We offer hybrid working from home and our Flinders Lane office, with learning opportunities and a diverse team backed by WPP and Ogilvy.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and campaign strategy.
• Ability to develop brand strategy and messaging.
• Ability to derive qualitative and quantitative insights for decision making.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Strategy on the AUNZ strategy team.
• Develop marketing and campaign strategies and supporting briefs.
• Lead brand strategy and development initiatives.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to client challenges.
• Contribute to content and messaging strategy across channels.
• Shape digital and channel strategies and customer experience.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and workshops.
• Source and analyse customer information to uncover cultural shifts and trends.
