Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior Governance professional to strengthen fraud and corruption controls. You will lead risk-based assurance projects, develop monitoring programs and dashboards, and manage a high-performing team across stakeholder groups in a dynamic public-sector environment.

Located in Burwood, this permanent full-time role supports ethical decision-making, policy interpretation, and high-quality advisory services while operating under a hybrid model with onsite and remote

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in fraud and corruption investigations or integrity-focused environments.
• Experience reviewing and understanding fraud and corruption risks to the business and the exercise of judgment in analyzing those risks to ensure appropriate management and mitigation.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to meet expectations and deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute a fraud and corruption control strategy, framework and plan.
• Lead fraud and corruption assurance projects ensuring value, quality, and timely delivery.
• Develop monitoring programs, dashboards and management reporting for oversight of risks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and collaborate with stakeholders to promote ethical decision making.
