Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s North Sydney head office is seeking a Graduate FP&A Analyst to join on a 12-month contract. In this role you’ll support financial planning, analysis and reporting, partnering with teams to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare monthly reports, assist with month-end close, and help with planning and budgeting while building stakeholder relationships across the business. Strong Excel skills and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business or related field completed.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and proactive relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in financial analysis, reporting and planning processes.

We’re seeking a highly motivated Graduate FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll support financial planning, analysis and reporting, partnering with teams across the business to help drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analysing monthly reports, supporting month-end activities, business partnering and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Recently completed a degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships.
• Ability to manage tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in financial analysis, reporting, and planning processes.
