Job summary

Weir Group is seeking an FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting for the APAC region, including China and Malaysia. You will transform financial results into actionable insights and drive automation across planning and reporting cycles.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, maintain strong data governance, and support Sydney-based operations with minimal travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business with FP&A or management reporting experience.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and performance analysis expertise.
• Experience with LEAN and automation in finance processes; strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A contributions to month-end close, consolidate results, and provide executive commentary.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with driver-based models.
• Translate results into actionable narratives and improve management reports.
• Provide variance analysis across revenue, margin, cost, headcount and cash.
• Apply LEAN to streamline processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Serve as FP&A subject-matter expert for planning and reporting tools; ensure data governance.
