The role involves developing and maintaining business-critical reporting solutions, supporting FP&A activities, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and data visualisation tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of FP&A, BI analytics, or related experience.
  • Proficient with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards using BI tools.
  • Analyze requirements and translate into solutions.
  • Improve data governance, flows, and reporting processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reporting.
  • Provide analysis, modelling, and forecasting support.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
  • Contribute to business improvement projects and feasibility studies.
  • Support evolution of reporting frameworks and BI capabilities.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical reporting solutions, supporting FP&A activities, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and data visualisation tools.

Partnering with multiple business functions, you will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities, improve reporting capability, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain accurate KPI and performance reporting dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into meaningful solutions.

You will bring:
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or similar.
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar roles (preferred).
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI, alongside ERP Oracle (preferred)
  • Strong financial modelling and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach.
