Qualifications

• Certificate III in Hairdressing and extensive senior stylist experience.
• Previous salon management, team leadership or senior supervisory experience.

• Confidence in managing salon operations, rosters and team performance.
• Creative mindset with interest in marketing, social media and business development.

Located in Pacific Pines on the Gold Coast, Artistry is an established salon with a loyal clientele and a strong focus on exceptional hair services, client experience and creating a welcoming, professional environment.

We are seeking someone who is not only an exceptional senior hairdresser but also a natural leader with a genuine passion for growing a successful salon.

The Role

As Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon while leading and supporting our team.

• Leading, mentoring and motivating our team of stylists and apprentices.
• Managing daily salon operations, rosters, appointments and client experience.
• Driving salon growth through client retention, rebookings, retail sales and service performance.
• Developing and implementing promotions, marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
• Taking an active role in social media, content creation and maintaining our brand presentation.
