Job summary

Cresta is hiring a Founding Conversational Designer for APAC to shape how we deliver conversational AI solutions across the region. You will design and deploy AI conversation models powering real-time coaching and agent assistance for voice and chat experiences.

You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with ML, data science, engineering, product, and customer success, and help scale delivery frameworks while partnering with North America to expand Cresta’s presence in international markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in conversational design or related field.
• Experience with enterprise customers in implementation or delivery.
• Ability to present complex solutions to executives.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience in global or international environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI delivery projects across APAC from discovery to post-launch.
• Act as founding regional expert in conversational design to establish best practices.
• Manage multiple customer implementations with timelines and priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define scope and milestones.
• Translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions for sales, retention, or customer service.
• Lead model maintenance and performance tuning for ongoing quality.
• Deliver Opera Enablement Program enabling customers to design and QA their own models.
• Develop virtual agents with flow-based and prompt-based architectures.
