Job summary

Holme Beauty in Melbourne is seeking a true hybrid of business operations and marketing to work directly with the founder. You’ll run the rhythm of the business, keep Hilary equipped to make key calls, and stay hands-on with content—shooting, prepping tools, and delivering material for the brand team to edit and ship.

Reporting to Hilary with a dotted line to the Brand & Marketing team, you’ll act as the connective tissue between founder and function, supporting weekly and monthly cadences,

Qualifications

• Experience blending business operations with marketing.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills for a busy founder.
• Ability to shoot and produce content or coordinate with content creators.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and monthly business rhythm and cadence.
• Coordinate founder support, ensuring information, prep and structure for key decisions.
• Capture content on the go and prep tools for Hilary to execute campaigns.
• Handover content to brand team for editing and delivery.
• Manage Hilary's schedule and align deliverables with launches and marketing activities.
• Support launches and calendar with brand and marketing teams.
