Job summary

Boo Beauty Bar, a fast-growing lash and brow brand based in Melbourne, seeks a Marketing Specialist to own email, design, influencer outreach, and Shopify updates. You’ll report to the founder and work directly with our small team. Expect hands-on ownership, a fast pace, and a 32.5‑hour+ week with paid breaks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in e‑commerce marketing, strong Canva and Adobe skills, and familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or SEO. Beauty interest helps more than a degree.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing — e‑commerce, beauty or a product brand ideally.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign automation is desirable.
• Strong Canva skills and confidence with Adobe tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Email: manage campaigns three times a week across Australian and US stores and build automated flows.
• Graphic design: edit videos, images, and product packaging design.
• Influencers: outreach, gifting, and turning creators into long‑term partners.
• Agency: brief and approve content from our Meta ads agency.
• Shopify: manage product updates, banners and pop ups.
• Reporting: produce a weekly performance summary.
