Job summary

The Protocol is seeking a Founder Content Creator & Videographer to work with Dr Josh Wall in Bondi/ Sydney. You will develop two connected but distinct worlds: cosmetic/ aesthetics content and longevity/ performance medicine.

You’ll film, edit, and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn while building recurring series and bold, founder‑level storytelling. This is a full‑time in‑house role with equity incentives for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating long‑form and short‑form content across social platforms.
• Ability to own content from concept to publication with minimal supervision.
• Comfort around founders, healthcare/medtech contexts, and high‑profile individuals.

Responsibilities

• Find content opportunities and develop recurring series.
• Plan shoots, film, direct, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Write hooks, captions, and package content per platform.
• Publish and review performance, iterating on what works.
