Job summary

Warlocks Gym and Studio Vela are seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist to own both brands' online presence, split between Warlocks Gym HQ and Studio Vela HQ in Sydney. You will shoot, edit and post content, manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and ensure each brand voice remains distinct.

This hands-on role involves frequent travel between locations, direct interaction with trainers and franchisees, and creative ownership as the networks

Qualifications

• Proven content-capturing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience shooting with professional gear (Sony A7S III, ZV-E1, FX3, or Canon R6 series).
• Final Cut Pro editing experience and ability to capture content on/off camera.
• Own camera gear and editing setup.
• Experience managing social accounts end-to-end and developing content calendars.
• Able to hold two distinct brand voices at once without blending them.

Own the content and social presence of two fast-growing fitness brands.

Warlocks Gym (large-format strength gyms) and Studio Vela (boutique Pilates studios) are two separate, fast-growing businesses under common ownership — and we're looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist to bring both to life online. Splitting your time between Warlocks Gym HQ and Studio Vela HQ, you'll shoot, edit and post content, and manage the day-to-day social presence for both brands, while keeping each one's voice and identity distinct. You'll report directly to Director of Warlocks Gym & Studio Vela.

What You'll Do

• Plan, film and edit content across both brands — Reels, TikToks, photo and stories — from big box gym floors to boutique Pilates studios
• Get in front of the camera when needed, as well as behind it — this is a hands-on, oncamera and off-camera role
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for both brands
• Develop and run a content calendar tailored to each brand's identity, tone and audience — Warlocks Gym and Studio Vela should never feel interchangeable
• Track engagement, follower growth and reach, and adjust content strategy based on what's actually working
• Coordinate with trainers, instructors and franchisees to capture authentic content across locations
• Travel between Warlocks Gym HQ, Studio Vela HQ and franchise locations across Sydney for shoots

What We're Looking For

• No formal qualifications required — this role is 99% about proven talent. We're looking for real content-capturing experience: a strong portfolio, an Instagram page showcasing you work, and the quality of your videos and images will speak louder than any resume
• Experience shooting on professional gear — Sony A7S III, ZV-E1 or FX3 (minimum), or Canon R6 Mark III, R6 V or C50
• Final Cut Pro editing experience ideal, blended with strong organic, on-the-fly content capturing
• Own camera gear and editing setup required
• Confident on camera and comfortable directing others in front of it too
• Experience managing social accounts end-to-end — not just posting, but planning and strategy
• Able to hold two distinct brand voices at once without blending them together
• Own vehicle and current driver's licence, with willingness to travel between HQs and locations
