Job summary

Collective Shift Pty Ltd is expanding its Melbourne-based media team. We’re seeking a video producer who can take ideas from hook to finished cut, accompanying founder Ben Simpson on shoots and traveling as needed to film wherever he is.

You’ll shape the short-form videos and ads used to reach business owners and investors on social platforms. You’ll own the shot list, direct shoots, and fast-cut edits with captions for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.

Qualifications

• Experience producing short-form video for founder-led brands.
• Ability to translate ideas into hooks and shot lists.
• Comfort traveling with a founder and filming in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Turn topics into hooks and shot lists for social videos.
• Film with Ben in Melbourne and travel as needed.
• Deliver finished cuts with captions and pacing.
• Coordinate with an editor and ensure compliance.
