Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve specific student outcomes.
• Use critical reflection to improve the knowledge, learning and skills of students.
• Use multiple sources of feedback on their classroom practice to inform their professional learning goals.
• Show a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school system.
• Be able to teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the college's Christian-based ethos.
• Lead daily Christian-based class devotions to students.
