Zusammenfassung

OzChild is seeking a Team Leader for Foster and Kinship Care in Ipswich to lead, supervise and drive service quality across Queensland. You will provide operational oversight, guide practice, and support two direct reports while collaborating with government partners and Aboriginal community-controlled organisations.

You will influence service development and continuous improvement, contribute to policy and strategic planning, and participate in on-call duties as required.

Qualifikationen

• A relevant bachelor's degree and significant leadership and operational management experience.
• A postgraduate qualification and experience managing multiple out-of-home care programs will be highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching and professional development to your team.
• Support foster and kinship carers and advocate for positive outcomes for children and young people.
• Provide practice guidance, review carer assessments and participate in internal assessment panels.
• Support quality assurance, safeguarding, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with Child Safety, government departments and community partners.
• Contribute to service development, business planning and new initiatives across Queensland.
• Participate in the second-level on-call roster.
