Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and operate the platforms powering AI Co‑Workers. You will own reliability end‑to‑end and collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm experience, plus proficiency in multiple languages. A strong SDLC/CI/CD background and security focus are essential for success in this hybrid, Sydney‑based position.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms (EKS/AKS/GKE or self-managed).
• Hands-on Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficient in at least two programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production infrastructure for AI co-workers.
• Configure production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Own Kubernetes-based deployment platforms.
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm workflows.
• Maintain documentation and ensure system resilience, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align on reliability objectives.
• Support customers in greenfield and brownfield environments.
