Job summary

Talent Forge Group is seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer in Sydney to work directly with major enterprise customers and bring AI solutions from concept to production. This highly hands-on role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI and customer delivery.

You will own multiple projects, build scalable features, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/ML applications for enterprise customers.
• Strong hands-on development in frontend and backend stacks.
• Experience with LLM prompting or voice AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through integration and optimisation.
• Build scalable features, MVPs and customer-specific solutions.
• Develop AI/ML applications using LLMs, voice AI and transcription.
• Build integrations across APIs and third-party systems.
• Work across React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.

Package: $200-250k base | + 20% bonus + equity + Health

We're working with one of the most exciting Enterprise AI Unicorns in the market, backed by some of the biggest names in venture.

We are looking for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with major enterprise customers and help bring cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to production.

This is a highly hands-on role sitting at the intersection of engineering, AI and customer delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through integration and optimisation
• Build scalable features, MVPs and customer-specific solutions

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers
