Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join a major infrastructure project across the Sunshine Coast region. You will construct, assemble and install formwork for concrete structures, working from drawings and specifications while maintaining safety, quality and productivity.

The role offers ongoing civil construction work with consistent hours and 10-hour days, paid at $50–$52 per hour plus super, plus a $23.41 daily travel allowance and overtime after 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Proven formwork carpentry experience on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Own tools and PPE for formwork work.
• Current White Card.
• Reliable transport and willingness to inductions.

Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble and install formwork for concrete structures.
• Work from construction drawings and specifications.
• Measure, set out and ensure formwork is accurate and secure.
• Work alongside concreting and civil construction crews.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
• Follow site procedures and complete all required inductions.
