Job summary

Myndshift Group is recruiting a Trade Assistant for a hands-on workshop role with a well-established mining services provider in Western Australia. The position supports daily operations through cleaning, stock handling and housekeeping, with a consistent 38‑hour week and the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

The role requires a current High Risk Work Licence with forklift classification, and previous workshop or warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Current High Risk Work Licence with forklift classification.
• Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse or industrial environment.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean workshop bays.
• General workshop cleaning and housekeeping.
• Load and unload stock.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Assist with stock movement and storage.
• Support tradespeople with workshop tasks.
• Maintain hazard-free work areas.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements.
