Job summary

Mploy HR Group Pty Ltd – Campbellfield VIC is seeking a Production Operator with forklift experience. Training period as Packer for three months before progressing to Production Worker. Morning and Night shifts available with hourly rates.

You will pack, inspect, and assist with production, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Initially training as a Packer, you’ll learn packaging, quality checks, and machine operation, then move into production duties while maintaining

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is highly regarded.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Reliable transport to and from work and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pack bottles, containers, caps, and lids from the production line.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues.
• Pack products into cartons, seal boxes, and palletise finished goods.
• Move completed pallets to designated staging areas.
• Remove excess plastic scrap and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist Machine Operators by supplying packaging materials and supporting production runs.
• Perform general production and manual handling duties as required.
• Operate and monitor production machinery after training.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
