Job summary

Infrabuild Recycling is seeking a permanent forklift operator in Brisbane. You will operate a forklift, weigh and record products, and assist with loading and unloading trucks in a busy yard. Initial training shifts are 6am–2pm for 2–4 weeks, then 10am–6pm.

Overtime is paid. You’ll join a team with a strong safety culture and the chance to learn to operate other mobile plant. Applicants must hold a valid forklift license with at least two years of experience and be able to pass a medical and

About the role

This is a permanent role. Initially you’ll work from 6am – 2pm for the first 2-4 weeks on a buddy system for training and familiarisation. After this period, you’d move to 10am – 6pm.

Pay rate - $35.06 per hour

All overtime is paid at overtime rates.

• Forklift operations
• Weighing and recording product
• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
• Conducting daily checks on mobile plant
• Performing manual handling tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness of the yard and operational areas
• Adhering to safety procedures at all times
