Job summary

Buildsafe is seeking a reliable forklift operator for immediate start to support warehouse operations. The role involves operating a forklift, loading trucks with equipment and components, and maintaining stock and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Drivers Licence with Forklift Licence and CIC, and may have MR License. This full-time position offers weekly pay, PPE provided, and opportunities for career progression within Buildsafe.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Forklift Licence (Desirable)
• Construction Induction Card (CIC)
• MR License (Desirable)
• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with up to 35–40 hours per week
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, labour-intensive environment

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move loads and load trucks with equipment and components, ensuring loads are secure
• Maintain and service forklift and related equipment as needed
• Stock and inventory control within the warehouse
• Perform cleaning and general warehouse duties to maintain a safe working area
