Job summary

Programmed is recruiting for a Counterbalance Operator on the night shift at the Northmead facility. We are seeking three experienced forklift operators with twin tyne experience for ongoing work.

The night shift runs 10:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday to Thursday, with a pay rate of $42.97 per hour. Benefits include a free drink every shift, onsite product perks, and a supportive team culture in a modern, well-maintained site.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Counterbalance forklift experience
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong safety focus

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading pallets using a forklift
• Transporting finished products and raw materials around the site
• Supplying production lines with materials as required
• Assisting with stock movement and warehouse operations
• Following quality and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Your Day-to-Day

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Counterbalance forklift experience
• Strong commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to work either day or afternoon shift on an ongoing basis
