Job summary

Upswing Recruitment represents a Somerville-based client in the Food Service Sector seeking a Store person. The role requires LF and MR licences, warehouse experience, and the ability to operate a High Reach and Counterbalance forklift equipment.

You will work primarily as a picker, with occasional trucks loading and supplier pickups using a Medium Rigid. An immediate start is available for a fit candidate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience with a current LF licence.
• Minimum 1 year MR driving experience with a current MR licence.
• Physically fit with lifts up to 20 kg.
• Willing to work in chiller and freezer environments.
• Own vehicle and valid licence.
• Willing to undertake a saliva drug test.
• National Police Check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Picker duties, operate a High Reach to retrieve pallets.
• Counterbalance to load trucks.
• Drive MR for supplier pickups as required.
