Job summary

NX Blue, a leading Australian manufacturer, is seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join its warehouse and production teams in Narangba, QLD. Immediate start available for candidates with a current LF forklift licence and proven forklift experience.

You will operate forklifts, move stock, use RF scanners, and support daily warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety standards and teamwork. Ongoing hours and comprehensive site training provided.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence is essential.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Warehouse/manufacturing/production experience is highly regarded.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trucks.
• Move and store stock throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Use RF scanners to record stock movements.
• Assist with manual handling and general labour as required.
• Conduct stock movements and maintain organized storage areas.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Support wider warehouse and production teams with daily tasks.

Join a leading Australian manufacturer supplying premium horticultural and agricultural products nationwide. Due to continued growth, NX Blue is looking for reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to join the warehouse and production team.

• Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm – enjoy an early finish!
• Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday: 2:00pm – 12:00am

About the Role

Working as part of the warehouse and production team, your duties will include:

• Operating a forklift to safely load and unload trucks
• Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Using RF scanners to record and track stock movements
• Assisting with manual handling and general labouring tasks when required
• Conducting stock movements and maintaining organised storage areas
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse and production teams with day-to-day operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
• Previous forklift experience
• Warehouse, manufacturing or production experience is highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas
