Job summary

Ellerslie Farms Group is seeking a hands-on warehouse operator to join the on-site team at Millmerran, Queensland. You will handle forklift duties, support various FMCG warehouse areas, and help ensure smooth supply chain operations with safe, efficient practices.

The role requires a current forklift license, at least two years of FMCG warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a reliable, collaborative attitude to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift License is required.
• Minimum 2 years FMCG warehouse experience using LF.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Can-do attitude; cooperative and efficient to meet daily production requirements.
• Attention to detail to follow established policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the existing team to participate in the on-site roster, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
• Operate in various areas of the FMCG warehouse.
• Communicate with Production to ensure efficient supply chain processes.
• Load trucks and consolidate loads.
• General warehouse duties including palletising.
• Perform all tasks safely and efficiently, and in accordance with established work practices and SOPs.
• Ensure all processes minimise waste and maximise productivity.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Participate in training provided to ensure a high level of skill and knowledge.
• Understand and comply with workplace health and safety, quarantine and bio-security standards.
