Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking reliable forklift operators for multiple warehouse sites across Western Sydney. Roles cover Counterbalance and High Reach experience with both ongoing casual work or a pathway to permanent employment. AM and PM shifts are available, with overtime opportunities on select sites.

Applicants must hold an LF forklift licence; LO is desirable. The positions offer temp-to-perm prospects, competitive hourly rates, and support from Synergie’s recruitment team.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence is essential.
• LO forklift licence is highly desirable but not essential.
• Proven counterbalance and/or high reach forklift experience in warehouse environments.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Move, stack and store pallets and stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive and put away incoming stock.
• Perform stock movements and assist with inventory control.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work with the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.
